Page last updated 17 August 2026

Selecting a campaign from the listing opens its detail page. This is where you spend most of your time with a campaign: it shows how the campaign is progressing and it is where you add and manage the forms and pages you are tracking.

The header

The campaign name sits at the top, with the primary goal beneath it as Primary goal: followed by whatever you set. Back to campaigns returns you to the listing.

Two actions sit in the header, depending on your permissions:

  • Edit campaign opens the campaign settings for editing. It needs the Update action.
  • Actions opens a menu holding Delete. It needs the Delete action.

Campaign period

The Campaign period card shows the campaign's date range and how long it runs for, along with a badge telling you where it has got to. The badge counts down to the start while the campaign is upcoming, counts down to the end while it is active, and reads as ended once it has finished.

UTM Campaign ID

The UTM Campaign ID card shows the campaign's tracking ID with a copy button beside it. Select Copy UTM Campaign ID and the button confirms with Copied to clipboard.

Campaign information

Select Open campaign information to open the Information panel, which holds everything about the campaign that is not on the main page:

  • The UTM Campaign ID, with its own copy button
  • Status, Owner, Primary goal, and Date range
  • Created and Created by
  • Last updated and Last updated by
  • Version

Anything you have not filled in reads Not set.

Tracking

The Tracking section is the heart of the page, subtitled Monitor engagement levels across forms and landing pages. Each form or page you are measuring appears here as a card showing its current count, its target, and how it is doing.

Before you have added anything, the section reads No items are currently being tracked, with Add one or more of your forms or pages to start tracking responses and visits to your campaign content.

Select Add tracking to add something. The menu offers Form tracking and Page tracking (coming soon). See Track a form in a campaign and Track a page in a campaign.

For what the cards mean once they are populated, see Understand campaign performance.

How the page changes as the campaign runs

StageWhat you see
UpcomingThe period card counts down to the start. Tracking cards show their targets but no progress, because nothing is being counted yet
ActiveThe period card counts down to the end. Tracking cards show live counts and progress
EndedThe period card shows the campaign as ended. Tracking cards show final counts. Add tracking and the per-card edit and remove actions are no longer available
