Service status

Check the live and past status of Zengenti services, including Blocks, APIs, and the data centres, and find out how to get notified of incidents.

The Zengenti status page shows the live and historical status of Zengenti services. If something looks wrong, check it first. An incident may already be known and being worked on.

What the status page covers

The status page reports on these services:

  • London data centre
  • Manchester data centre
  • Help desk
  • Development environments
  • APIs
  • GitLab
  • Blocks
  • Insytful

Each service shows its current state, such as Operational, so you can see at a glance which parts are affected.

View past incidents

To see earlier incidents, select Show history on the status page.

If the status page shows no problem

If you are having a problem and every service shows as operational, contact the help desk. You can also select Report an issue on the status page, which takes you to the same place.

For how quickly we respond to different kinds of problem, see Impact levels and response times.
