Assign users and child groups to a group

Users can be assigned to a group individually or as part of a child group.

With the Group listing screen displayed:

Assign users

  1. Locate the group you want to assign users to.
  2. Press the Actions button in the listing. A context menu will be displayed.
  3. Select Assign users from the menu. An Assign users window will be displayed.
  4. Use the search box to locate the users you wish to add to the group.
  5. Once you've made your selection, press the Add users button. A notification will be displayed confirming that the users have been added.

Assign child group

  1. Locate the group you want to assign users to.
  2. Press the Actions button in the listing. A context menu will be displayed.
  3. Select Assign child group from the menu. An Assign child window will be displayed.
  4. Use the search box to locate the groups you wish to add to the group.
  5. Once you've made your selection, press the Add groups button. A notification will be displayed confirming that the groups have been added.
