Enabling AI in a Contensis project

To use AI features in Contensis, you must enable AI at project level. This makes AI-powered functionality available within supported areas of the product.

AI must be enabled separately for each project.

Before you start

  • You must be a System Administrator to enable AI features.
  • Ensure you are working in the correct project.

Enable AI

  1. Ensure you are in the project where you want to enable AI.
  2. Select Settings from the sidebar.
  3. From the settings menu, choose General.
  4. Select the AI tab.
  5. Turn on the Enable AI toggle.
  6. Select Update to save the changes.

You will be recorded as the user who enabled AI for the project.

What happens next

After AI is enabled:

  • AI features become available in supported areas of Contensis.
  • Authors can use AI to generate content such as image metadata.
  • Contensis Assist becomes available in the entry editor.
  • Brand voice is available for configuring your organisation’s voice.
