You can update a Contensis entry at any stage of its workflow. To make a change to an existing entry, press the Entries button in the sidebar to open the Entries listing screen. Then press the title of the entry you want to edit. I need to add a photo to this teal pot before I can publish it, so I'll go ahead and open it now.

As you can see, the entry editor opens ready for me to make my changes. I want to add a new photo, so I'll go to the Photos tab, select an image, paste in some alt text, and save my changes.

Because this entry is created from a content type that uses the basic workflow, I can now publish my changes immediately. If you are editing an entry that's subject to a different workflow, you may have to submit it for approval before it can be published.

Once you publish or submit your entry for approval, you'll return to the Entries listing screen. As you can see, my entry is no longer in the draft state, and the updated date now reflects my latest changes.
