Contensis includes several built-in system groups that you can use to manage user access and permissions.

The following groups provide permissions that apply across all projects in a Contensis instance.

Users who sign in using Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) are automatically added to this group.

API Key Administrators

Members of this group can create, update, delete, enable and disable API keys.

CMS Editors

Users must belong to this group to log in to the CMS.

The Everyone group is a child group of CMS Editors, meaning all users can access the CMS by default unless permissions are restricted elsewhere.
