Log in to add to favourites

You can view individual answers to your form on the responses screen. This central location allows you to manage your form response data, including viewing, processing, deleting, and exporting submissions, along with many other features.

Navigate to form responses

  • Press the Forms button in the sidebar. The Forms drawer will open.
  • Select Form responses from the menu. A list of forms that you can manage the responses for will be shown.
  • Select the Form from the list. The Forms response listing will be displayed.

Search and filter entries

If you have a large number of responses for your form, you may find it easier to use the filter panel to narrow down the number of responses displayed. The filter acts as a faceted search, building a search query based on the filters selected.

Search by keyword

To start searching, type your keyword into the search box, and the results will update in the listing. The search query considers any filters that are already applied, such as received date or workflow status.

Filter by assigned to

To locate form responses assigned to specific users, use the Assigned to filter. Simply select the desired user from the dropdown menu or type their name into the search box. This will display all form submissions that are currently assigned to that user, making it easy to review and manage their tasks.

Filter by recieved date

Use the filter options to specify the date range. You can either select the dates from a calendar picker or enter them manually. This will display all form submissions received within the specified timeframe, allowing you to efficiently review and manage recent or historical data.

Filter by workflow status

Form responses have a basic workflow allowing a response to be marked as read or unread.

Choose either the Unread or Read checkboxes to display only those submissions. This helps you quickly identify which responses need attention and which have already been reviewed.

Reset filters

You can easily reset any filters that you have set by pressing the Reset filters button at the top of the filter panel.
