Unarchive a form response

Moving a form response out of the archive makes it avaliable for reuse. Once unarchived it will be shown in the form response listing. You'll need to be a member of a role with the Manage archive permission for form responses to unarchive a response.

1. Press the Forms button in the sidebar, then select Forms responses from the drawer menu.
2. Choose a form to view its responses.
3. Locate archived responses by toggling the Show archived option in the filter panel. Archived responses will be displayed in the listing.
4. Open the response in the viewer.
5. Press the Actions button, as indicated by the triple dot icon. A dropdown menu will be displayed.
6. Select Unarchive from the menu. An Unarchive confirmation window will appear.
7. Press the Unarchive button to confirm. A notification will be displayed confirming that the response has been unarchived. The response will be displayed in the form response listing screen.

6. Press the Unarchive button to confirm. A notification will be displayed, confirming the response has been unarchived. The response will be displayed in the form response listing.
