Assigning a content owner
Log in to add to favouritesAssigning a team member as a content owner aids content governance. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to assign a content owner to an entry.
- With the Entry listing screen displayed, open the entry for editing.
- Press the Actions button, as indicated by the triple dot icon. A dropdown menu will be displayed.
- From the actions menu, select the Change content owner option. A Change content owner window will be displayed.
- Select the team member you want to assign from the list. If necessary you can type their name to find them quickly.
- Confirm the assignment by pressing Save. The team member will be assigned as the content owner and they will recieve an email notification indicating they are responsible for the entry.
